Industrial Brush Design and Engineering Development

Thompson Brushes Design and Engineering Development Department is experienced in working with our customers and developing heavy duty brush solutions as well as broom / sweeping solutions in a variety of natural and synthetic materials to suit a wide range of industrial needs.

Our brush design and manufacturing experience allows us to provide innovative brush solutions drawing on the knowledge of experienced staff with more than 30 years in brush applications design and brush manufacturing.

Thompson Brushes has the engineering capacity to design and manufacture brushes complete with cores/spindles as required and complete brushing units to specification. The manufacturing Design & Engineering facility is well equipped with a full workshop and toolroom catering for specially developed brushes.

New brushes may be wound onto customer-made spindles. Strip may be wound in Right Hand or Left Hand Spiral or Chevron Wound, half right spiral, half left.

Worn brushes are refilled and refurbished as required.
